Enrollment Process

Follow the steps below to use MyHealthCenter and Health Club Credit program. You will be eligible for wellness rewards and incentives once your well-being assessment is finished.

Part 1 - MyHealthCenter:

1. Go to: MyHealthCenter

2. Complete the registration process to sign up

3. Remember to record your username and password

4. Complete your annual well-being assessment

5. You’re on your way to a new healthier you!

Part 2 - Health Club Credit:

1. Bring your BCBSND ID card to your health club

2. At your participating health club, ask to enroll in the Health Club Credit program
